Expertise
We provide Parliamentarians with full briefings on legislation and issues affecting UK property. Briefings are compiled with the assistance of experts from our member companies and give the property industry's analysis of the impact of proposed legislation, its feasibility and workability.
The briefings highlight potential unintended consequences that would impair the industry's ability to deliver, or may compromise the objectives of the legislation. They often provide options for amendments that alter legislation to enable it to achieve its desired aims without undue impact on the property industry as the delivery agent.
