What we do
Commonhold
The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, introduced a radical new form of tenure in to the UK - commonhold.
We were one of the main contributors to Parliamentary debate on the Act and we are represented on the Department of Constitutional Affairs group that continues to monitor and promote the take up of commonhold.
