What we do
Construction contracts
We are at the heart of the Joint Contracts Tribunal, representing our client members' viewpoint in the drafting of the JCT's suite of construction contracts.
We have produced our own bespoke consultancy agreement, and we monitor and comment on similar standard forms produced by other stakeholder organisations.
